The source materials of our dreams can be found in our daily experiences, our personal histories, and our hidden wishes. And they can lead us on unique journeys of self discovery if we learn how to use them.

From culture to culture and from person to person, the elements of our dreams vary. But as far as we know, the ultimate purpose of dreaming remains the same.
